The LMS Academic Support team is dedicated to assisting academic and support staff with tailored training and support activities, individual and group consultation and advice, faculty liaison and support in the development of subjects in the LMS, particularly in the new Melbourne Model.
Support includes:
- Personalised, one-to-one and tailored group training in the LMS
- Just-in-time advice on pedagogical and technical issues
- Hands-on assistance and advice for staff who are supporting academics in managing subjects on the LMS
- Expert advice in migrating subject content from WebRAFT to the LMS
- Up-to-date information about the LMS implementation
