Chat and Virtual Classroom

The LMS has two synchronous (real time) tools for online communication within a subject or community. The Chat and Virtual Classroom collaboration sessions can be accessed by all users or within groups. The Chat tool displays text contributed by participants, the Virtual Classroom displays text as well as a shared whiteboard, subject map, or web browser window. The text of each session can be recorded and made available to users.

Chat and Virtual Classroom require the Java plugin. Chat and Virtual Classroom sessions will open in a new window.
