  • Online entry of data into the Grade Centre is similar to Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, with arrow-key navigation.
  • Simple management of Grade Centre column order
  • Multiple columns may be uploaded at once, simplifying large scale updates of the Grade Centre from offline records
  • Grades for individual students may be exempted from calculation of total grades
  • Calculated columns may be added by staff to include the average, maximum or minimum value obtained from other columns, within the total grade for the subject
  • Dual grade display allows students to be presented with a letter grade in My Grades whilst the numerical value and letter grade are presented in the Grade Centre for teaching staff
  • Grade History provides a record of all grade changes by teaching staff
  • A subset of data may be downloaded based on Smart Views (e.g. grades for a single assignment for a single tutorial group)
  • Smart views permit detailed analysis and simpler identification of students at risk
  • Reports may be generated to show all or part of a student's component grades.

  • Staff can choose to have the student assess his or her own work, or the works of other students
  • Staff can monitor the progress of the assessment, download the assessment submission and results, and add the assessment marking to the Grade Centre.
